Delete your KINETIK account and data
This page is for the KINETIK customer app and web campaign workspace operated by Sai Parivar LLC. A signed-in customer can start the same request inside Account > Your controls.
What the request covers
- Your KINETIK customer identity and workspace membership.
- Private source photos, videos, documents, briefs, proofs, feedback, and launch-kit records associated with the account.
- Optional deletion of unsubmitted device-only drafts by resetting the app or removing its local data.
Some payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records may be retained when required. They are restricted from ordinary campaign use.
Request from outside the app
- Email from the address used for your KINETIK account.
- Include the brand name and the words “Delete my KINETIK account.” Do not attach product files or passwords.
- KINETIK will verify control of the account, acknowledge the request, and target completion within 30 days unless a lawful retention requirement applies.
Never send a password, recovery code, payment-card number, or private product file in a deletion email.
