Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

KINETIK is a beauty campaign launchpad and creative studio operated by Sai Parivar LLC ("KINETIK", "we"). Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@kinetik.beauty.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us, request a source-fit review, or purchase work, we may collect your name, business name, email, launch goal, intended audience, campaign message, channels, approved claims, product photographs, protected-product notes, rights and consent confirmations, payment status, review feedback, and delivery records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by KINETIK.

If you allow website analytics, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics may process pages viewed, referring or campaign source, broad browser and device characteristics, approximate region, interaction and failure events, and performance information. KINETIK also counts a small set of website-quality outcomes in daily first-party aggregates: viewed story chapters, locally classified performance bands, public media readiness, and selected public offers. Those counters do not contain a visitor or session ID, account, URL, referrer, user agent, raw performance timing, product information, or campaign attribution. Network requests necessarily expose an IP address to the receiving host or analytics provider. KINETIK's event contract does not permit customer prompts, product names, filenames, uploaded product pixels, email addresses, phone numbers, or full page URLs as custom analytics parameters.

3. How we use it

We do not sell customer information or use submitted product photographs to advertise KINETIK without separate written permission.

4. AI-assisted and external processing

KINETIK uses AI-assisted editing and local rendering as part of its production workflow, followed by human review. We do not send customer source material to an external generation provider under a blanket consent. If a project needs one, we will name the provider, disclose the applicable processing terms, and ask for separate written permission before uploading the material. KINETIK does not use customer source material to train its own models without a separate explicit opt-in.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers for forms and file intake, project records, payment processing, private review, file delivery, and website hosting. They receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own privacy and security terms. The active providers are disclosed at the point where you submit or pay.

When you choose to allow website analytics, the public website loads Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. These providers may use cookies or similar browser and device identifiers under their own terms. Advertising storage, Google Signals, ad personalization, and ad-user-data consent remain disabled in KINETIK's configuration.

6. Website analytics and your choice

Website analytics are denied by default. KINETIK does not load Google Analytics or Vercel Web Analytics until you choose Allow analytics. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal forces the denied state. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing the site, creating a campaign request, signing in, or checking out. The signed-in customer app does not include a separate custom analytics SDK.

After consent, KINETIK may retain a strict first-touch set of standard campaign tags for up to seven days. Values must use a short lowercase campaign format; email, phone, file, URL, prompt, product-name, and other nonconforming values are rejected. A random 128-bit correlation value—not a fingerprint—is registered with KINETIK so the website, private campaign request, and Stripe payment receipt can be reconciled. Only that opaque value and a schema version enter the customer-app URL; raw campaign tags do not.

The separate first-party quality counters are grouped by date, compact or wide viewport class, signal name, and result. Each aggregate row also contains its observation count and a last-updated timestamp used for write-time retention. The aggregate store is configured to keep the latest 90 calendar days and removes older rows on its next accepted write. KINETIK does not store the request IP address in those counters; a daily pseudonymous abuse-limit value is kept separately and rows older than 48 hours are removed by the same write-time cleanup. Raw Core Web Vitals measurements stay in the browser and only a good, needs-improvement, poor, or unavailable band is sent. Vitals are classified only for a navigation that began with analytics consent active; a mid-page grant reports them as unavailable until the next navigation.

An unclaimed acquisition registration expires after seven days. If the opaque value is claimed by a campaign request, the minimized attribution snapshot follows the campaign, account, and payment records described in the retention section below. A registration or analytics failure never blocks the campaign or checkout path.

Manage analytics on this browser

Analytics are off unless you choose to allow them.

Changing to Decline analytics disables future KINETIK analytics events, clears the browser's campaign correlation record, and stops future propagation to the customer app. It cannot recall requests already sent or remove campaign, payment, security, or accounting records that must be retained. You can also clear site data in your browser.

7. Sharing

We share information with authorized operators and service providers only when needed to assess, produce, deliver, support, or account for your project. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of KINETIK, our customers, or others.

8. Retention and security

We keep project information only as long as reasonably needed for source review, production, delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use access controls and limit operators to assigned work, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and account deletion

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legal, payment, security, or accounting purposes. Signed-in customers can initiate account deletion in the KINETIK app under Account > Your controls. You can also use the public account and data deletion page. You may decline public portfolio use without affecting your delivery or commercial usage rights.

10. Children and changes

The service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the storefront changes; the date above identifies the current version.
